Sintesi per Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) e Matrix-Assisted Pulsed Laser Evaporation (MAPLE): a) guide d’onda inorganiche passive e attive per le telecomunicazioni; b) sistemi nanostrutturati inorganici con nanocristalli di metalli nobili per l'ottica e la fotonica; c) sistemi nanostrutturati inorganici a base di TiO2 per l'oftalmologia e il fotovoltaico; d) sistemi multistrato di film sottili polimerici inerti e coniugati per il fotovoltaico. 2. Sintesi tramite tecnica sol-gel di film sottili per la fotonica e la fotocatalisi. 3. Sintesi tramite tecniche di irraggiamento laser di: a) materiali ibridi organici/inorganici nanostrutturati a partire da polimeri drogati con precursori; b) sistemi nanostrutturati con nanocristalli di metalli. 4.
